Random Top Five: Favorite Cars 1990 to 2000
5. 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix SE This is about as “specific” as I really have to get with a car for this list. Most of the others were only made for a short time and/or remained largely unchanged throughout their respective production runs, so it’s easy to name a car without going into qualifiers like exact year or package (the BMW M series, for example; I love them all, whatever...

May be onto something.
oogleboogleoogle replied to your post: Random Top Five: Favorite Cars 1980-1990   … I noticed that cars of that era had smaller blind spots than we do now. I wish that was still the case. /has almost hit people because of it. Well, I was going to say that, as a rule, sedans have always been bad for blind spots since the doors aren’t as wide, but that’s not really fair, and...

5. Ford Probe This car has a very subtle approach to standing out, if that makes sense. The panoramic treatment of glass and odd, vertical door-handles seem like little touches, but compared to the cartoonish spoilers, absurd hood scoops, and angular paneling of sports cars of its time, the probe brings a little more finesse to the table by not making a scene while setting itself above humdrum...

5. Datsun 240Z/Fairlady: Nissan is a company for whom my respect generally scrapes the bottom of the barrel (mostly over their lawsuit with Nissan Computers over a damned domain name), but the few cars of theirs I like I really like (even the Qube has won me over despite its boxiness thanks to its asymmetrical bodywork and awesome interior), and the Z series is one of them. I also really dig the...

Last Monday, I posted a page from my sketchbook. The idea was to start a tradition blandly called Minecraft Mondays, where I post screenshots of structures I’ve built in Minecraft. However, Jollyjack of DeviantART and Collected Curios beat me to it some time ago, and did it much better with Nu Eden Minecraft, a Blogger page posting screenshots of an island he constructed in Minecraft and...

If it weren't for some great friends here...
… I would not stay on Tumblr. Blogger has some issues, but it doesn’t make me feel like a total idiot because I don’t know more than basic HTML. Finally got the /ask button to work the way it’s meant to, no thanks to the guy who designed my theme in the first place (why do so many themes completely leave out the ask feature?). Special no thanks to Tumblr’s help page...

(via ScrewAttack Video Game, The Making Of An Angry Video Game Nerd Episode | Video Clip | Game Trailers & Videos | GameTrailers.com) Is it sad that I actually got kind of giddy not only when he showed off how all his systems are hooked up, but also when he revealed his “archives,” the DVDs with all his gameplay footage (and the indexing system he uses to keep them organized)?

SO JELLY. You have more flash drives than me! … I should probably consolidate all of mine, too… There’s also my bigger USB hard drive, but I’m kind of trying to move away from that, and I only really use it for major back-ups (the kind where you just drag and drop without thinking because you’re starting to get error messages you don’t recognize and you know you’ve...

I really, really hate my theme and need to pick a new one; it apparently hates posting the “ask me anything” button, and this seems the best I can get it to work. EDIT: A-HA! I’ve bested you, damned page menu settings system… thing… abomination. I’ve got an ask me anything link now, right at the top of my page next to “home” entitled...
